Abstract:

Práce zvaná „Strategie, firemní kultura a hodnocení jejich vzájemného souladu s personálními procesy v dané organizaci“ se zabývá tématem firemní strategie a kultury, a jejich promítnutí do vybraných personálních procesů v dané organizaci. Práce se skládá ze tří částí – teoretických východisek, metodologie a empirického výzkumu. V teoretické části se čtenáři seznámí s teorií zabývající se firemní strategií, firemní kulturou a teoretickými propojení zmíněných pojmů s vybranými personálními procesy. Pro doložení aktuálnosti tématu je věnována kapitola o vlivu firemní kultury na efektivitu organizace. Zatímco metodologická část se zabývá výzkumným rámcem a metodami sběru dat, stěžejní je část empirická. Ta se zabývá deklarovanou strategií, firemní kulturou a jejich promítnutí do personálních procesů v dané organizaci za použití definovaných výzkumných metod.

Abstract:

The thesis called „Strategy, company culture and evaluation of its alignment with processes related to HR in the organisation“ is focused on organizational strategy and company culture and its alignment with human resource processes in the given organization. The thesis consists of three parts – theoretical background, methodology and empirical research. In the theoretical background will be introduced the theory of organizational strategy, company culture and its theoretical alignment with human resource processes. To stress the importance of the topic, there is one chapter dedicated to the influence of company culture and its influence on organizational effectiveness. The methodology is focused on research frameworks and chosen methods of data collection. The crucial is empirical part which is focused on declared strategy and company culture and its alignment with HR processes of the given organization.
