Structure of the company logistics system, modern methods of its management and optimization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývá strukturou logistické firmy, zejména pak oddělení příjmu „Inbound“. Cílem práce je analýza procesů na jednotlivých odděleních Inboundu a jejich následné převedení na labour cost. Následně jsou analyzována místa s možností nahrazení labour hours mechanickými dopravníky. V práci jsou navrženy možnosti na zjednodušení a zejména zefektivnění procesů na jednotlivých oddělení. Při řešení je kladen důraz na zvýšení produktivity a kvality na daných odděleních za podmínky zachování bezpečnosti zaměstnanců. Jedná se zejména o oddělení Inboudu a to konkrétně oddělení Dock. Výsledky mohou následně posloužit jako zadání pro projektu ve firmě za účelem zvýšení efektivity oddělení Dock.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis will deal with the structure of a logistics company, especially the "Inbound" income department. The aim of the work is the analysis of processes in individual departments of Inbound and their subsequent conversion to labor cost. Subsequently, the places with the possibility of replacing labor hours with mechanical conveyors are analyzed. The work proposes possibilities for simplification and especially streamlining of processes in individual departments. The solution emphasizes the increase in productivity and quality in the departments under the conditions of maintaining the safety of employees. This is especially the Inboudu department, specifically the Dock department. The results can then be used as an assignment for a project in the company in order to increase the efficiency of the Dock department.
