Zrušení a vypořádání podílového spoluvlastnictví

Cancellation and full Settlement of co-ownership
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zrušení a vypořádání podílového spoluvlastnictví s ohledem na využitelnost dosavadní judikatury. Vycházím z právní úpravy zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Práce se ve svých částech zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku podílového spoluvlastnictví, zejména na nový institut oddělení ze spoluvlastnictví a jednotlivé způsoby likvidace podílového spoluvlastnictví.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the cancellation and settlement of co-ownership and with regard to the application of current case law. The basic legal regulation is the Law No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. Thesis is focus on on the general characteristics of co-ownership, particularly in the new institute separation of co-ownership and methods of liqiudation of co-ownership.
