Abstract:
Rakovina tlustého střeva je druhým nejběžnějším nádorovým onemocněním ve vyspělých zemích. Genetické příčiny tohoto onemocnění jsou velice různorodé a pro zvýšení úspěšnosti léčby je třeba poznat jednotlivé mechanismy jeho vzniku a progrese. Colorectal cancer is the 2nd most common cancer disease in developed countries. Genetic background of this disease is very diverse and thus it is important to know the mechanisms involved in its formation and progression.
