Bakalářská práce je věnována vytvoření přehledu o v současnosti využívaných metodách pro kultivaci buněk in vitro ve 3D strukturách, především jako multicelulární sféroidy. Práce také mapuje využití základních testů viability používaných na 2D buněčných kulturách a možnosti jejich využití na sféroidech. The thesis is busy with summarising the current state of knowledge about the development of 3D cell cultures and their cultivation. It also summarize basic cytotoxicity assays and their potential use on multicelular spheroids.
