Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice návrhu polovodičových součástek pro stavbu třífázového napěťového střídače a o způsobu návrhu chlazení. Po části teoretické následují praktické výpočty, které jsou ověřeny simulacemi teplot na PC. Je poukázáno na simulační programy výrobců polovodičových součástek, jež mohou sloužit pro snazší výběr součástek. Práce je doplněna přípravou projekčního cvičení …more

This diploma work deals with problems of designing semiconducting components for construction of three - phase voltage inverter and ways of air - cooling draft. After the theoretical part, there are mentioned practical calculations which are verified by thermo simulations on PC. It is referred to simulation programs made by producers of semiconducting components which can serve to selection of components …more
