The thesis focuses on legal restrictions of property rights in the element of ius disponendi in case of transfers or lease relating to land. Diplomová práca sa zameriava na obmedzenia vlastníckeho práva v prvku ius disponendi, v prípade prevodov alebo prenájmu pozemkov v komparatívnom pohľade medzi slovenskou a českou právnou úpravou. Práca je rozdelená do piatich hlavných kapitol. Prvá kapitola pojednáva o historickom vývoji inštitútov obmedzujúcich dispozíciu s pozemkami.
