Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce Podniková logistika: analýza problému a návrh řešení je analyzovat proces systému řízení zásob ve firmě PODNIK a navrhnout opatření na jeho zlepšení tak, aby pomohly ke splnění naplánovaných úspor v celkové výši zásob pro uzávěrku v roce 2014, zadaných vlastníky společnosti.
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis: “Business logistics: analysis of a problem in a company and its solution” is to analyze process of inventory management system in the company PODNIK and suggest measures to improve, in order to help to meet the planned savings in the total amount of inventory for closure in 2014, awarded by the owners of the company.
