Predmetom predkladanej bakalárskej práce je vzťah zamestnaneckých výhod a pracovnej angažovanosti. Teoretická časť predstavuje konceptuálny rámec pracovnej angažovanosti a približuje problematiku zamestnaneckých výhod.
