Možnosti verifikace numerického modelování v technologii vysokotlakého lití hliníkových odlitků

Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o verifikaci jakosti odlitku ze slitiny hliníku (AlSi9Cu3(Fe)). Jde o několik vzorků odlitku COVER OIL PUMP. Tento odlitek prošel rentgenovou analýzou, poté metalografickou analýzou s aplikováním na dva vzorky a jejich podrobné vyhodnocení. Dále proběhlo vyhodnocení plnění a tuhnutí odlitku numerickou simulací v programu ProCAST a toto vyhodnocení bylo porovnáno s výsledky …more
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the verification of the quality of an aluminium alloy casting (AlSi9Cu3(Fe)). It concerns several samples of the COVER OIL PUMP casting. This casting was subjected to X-ray analysis, then metallographic analysis with application to two samples and their detailed evaluation.
