Diplomová práce je věnována analýze profilu manažera v hotelu. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí: teoretické, praktické a návrhové. The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of the manager profile in the hotel insdustry. The work is divided into three parts: theoretical, practical and proposal. In the first part the attention is paid to the theoretical aspects of the examined issue.
