Diplomová práce si klade za cíl porozumět vlivu České komory architektů na proces zadávání veřejných zakázek formou soutěže o návrh ve smyslu § 143 a násl. zákona č. 134/2016 Sb. o zadávání veřejných zakázek, ve znění pozdějších předpisů. Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to understand the influence of the Czech Cham-ber of Architects on the process of public procurement in the form of design contest. The paper focuses on the legal requirements and possi-bilities for design contest including those set by the Chamber of Archi-tects in Code of Competition.
