Civic Association with legal subjectivity from the point of view of accountancy and tax regulations
Abstract:
Občanská sdružení jsou samostatné právnické osoby s právní subjektivitou. Patří mezi nevýdělečné organizace, jejíž hlavním předmětem činnosti není podnikání. Jejich vznik, činnost, hospodaření a zánik, tvoří širokou oblast problematik, které jsou legislativně upraveny zvláštními zákony.
Abstract:
Civic associations are independent legal entities with legal subjectivity. They belong among non-for-profit organizations that cannot have business enterprise as their main subject of activity. Their formation, activity, financial management and extinction are subject to a broad area of issues that are legally determined by special laws.
