Teacher-as-reflective practitioner in adult education
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku sebereflexe role lektora vzdělávajícího dospělé. Teoretická část zahnuje informace týkající se vzdělávání dospělých, učení dospělých a sebereflexi lektora. V praktické části je popsána realizace výzkumného šetření, které je zaměřeno na sebereflexi role lektora ve výpovědích lektorů.
Abstract:
This bachelor work is oriented on problems of teacher - as reflective practioner in adult education. Theoretical part embodies theoretical information regarding adult education, teaching adults and self-reflection of lector. Practical part describes the implementation of research, which is oriented on self-reflection of role of a lector in answer.
