Abstract:

Název diplomové práce: Rizika implementace systému managementu kvality dle normy ISO 9001 do škol a školských zařízení Tato diplomová práce se zabývá riziky implementace systému managementu kvality dle normy ISO 9001 do škol a školských zařízení. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit jaká jsou rizika implementace a odvodit možná doporučení pro eliminaci těchto rizik, případně pro jejich omezení. V teoretické části bylo vymezeno na základě teoretických pojmů šest hypotéz, které byly ve výzkumné části ověřeny. V teoretické části byly definovány pojmy jako norma ISO, systém managementu kvality, školy a školská zařízení, implementace, rizika. V metodologické části byla popsána kvantitativní výzkumná strategie a zvolená metoda dotazníkového šetření. Dotazníkové šetření bylo realizováno oslovením škol, které implementovaly systém managementu kvality dle normy ISO. Ve výzkumné části jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a jednotlivé hypotézy, které vyvstaly z teoretické části zde byly ověřeny. Následovala závěrečná část, ve které byly navrženy doporučení pro školy i certifikační orgány, která by mohla vést k eliminaci rizik spojených s implementací systému managementu kvality dle normy ISO do škol a školských zařízení.

Abstract:

Title of thesis: Risks implementation of a quality management system according to ISO 9001 standards in schools and educational institutions This thesis deals with the risks of a implementation of quality management system based on to ISO 9001 standards in schools and school facilities. The aim of this study was to determine the risks of implementation and to suggest the possible recommendations to eliminate these risks, or to define their limits . Theoretical part of that thesis describs the basis of the concepts based on the six hypotheses that were tested in the research part . The theoretical part determins such terms as ISO, Quality Management System , schools and school facilities, implementation of risk. The methodological part of this thesis presents the quantitative research strategy and the chosen method of the survey. The survey involved reaching out to schools that have implemented a quality management system according to ISO standards . The research section analyzes the results of the survey and the individual hypotheses that emerged from the theoretical part and has been verified . The final section the research provides the recommendations for schools and certification authorities , which could eliminate the risks associated with the implementation of a quality management system according to ISO standards in schools and school facilities.
