Naše diplomová práce má za cíl porovnat akutní efekt statického a dynamického strečinku na vybrané silové výkony. Pro praktickou část jsme vytvořili zásobník cviků statického i dynamického strečinku, který jsme aplikovali před samotným měřením. Získané výsledky jsme vyhodnotili a ověřili správnost hypotéz. Abstract:
Our thesis aims to compare the acute effects of static and dynamic stretching on the selected power performance. For practical part, we created a stack of static and dynamic stretching, which we applied before the measurement. The obtained results were evaluated and verified the hypothesis.
