Kompletní realizace dětského tábora Trans America

Abstract:
Dokumentace magisterského absolventského výkonu dokumentuje pozici hlavní vedoucí letního dětského tábora Trans America, pořádného Domem dětí a mládeže Jihlava v termínu 16. – 24. 8. 2020. Dokumentace obsahuje analýzu realizovaného projektu, zhodnocení projektu a dílčí zhodnocení a případná doporučení pro zlepšení příštích procesů v organizaci.
Abstract:
The documentation of the master's graduate performance focuses on the position of the main leader of the Trans America children's summer camp, organized by the Dům dětí a mládeže Jihlava. The summer camp took place from 16 to 24 August 2020. The documentation contains an analysis of the project itself, project evaluation and possible recommendations for improving processes in the organization.
