Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza historického vývoje jak vnější organizace trestního soudnictví, tak vnitřní organizace, a působnost trestních soudů, které v tomto období fungovaly.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is an analysis of the historical development of external organization of criminal justice and internal organization and the scope of the criminal courts which worked in this period.
