Abstract:

Dítě v rezidenčním zařízení s potřebou intenzivní individuální péče je téma, které v současné době nabývá stále většího významu. I přesto, že trend současné doby je umisťování dětí do náhradní rodinné péče, dětí s potřebou intenzivní individuální péče je stále větší počet, kdy důvodem je rizikové chování. Rizikové chování se zvyšuje, děti jsou agresivnější a jejich projevy se zhoršují. Výchovný ústav Ostrava - Hrabůvka je jediným zařízením, které může zajistit péči a pomoc dětem ve věku od patnácti let, se závažnými poruchami chování. Cílem práce je popsat zařízení, kde jsou umisťovány děti s potřebou intenzivní individuální péče, zmapování jejich rodinného prostředí, rodinných vztahů, vazeb k vrstevnické skupině. Dále se práce zabývá výskytem rizikového chování této cílové skupiny, důvody umístění ve výchovném zařízení pro děti s potřebou intenzivní individuální péče, jehož název se stal tématem práce.

Abstract:

A child in a residential facility with the need for individual intensive care is a topic that is currently becoming increasingly important. Even though the trend nowadays is to place such children in foster care, there is a growing number of children who need an intensive individual care. Risky behavior is increasing, children are getting more aggressive and their symptoms worsen. The Youth Correctional Institute Ostrava - Hrabůvka is the only institute in Ostrava that can provide care and assistance to children with severe behavioral disorders from the age of fifteen. The aim of this thesis is to introduce the institution, where children with the need for intensive individual care are placed, describe the family environment and relationships, both within the family and the peer group. I also deal with the occurrence of risky behavior among individual children, the reasons for their placement in a facility for children with the need for intensive individual care, evaluating their behavior and impact on their future demeanor after the stay in the facility. An integral part of the aim of this thesis is the description of the symptoms of various forms of behavior of the children affected and the assertion of their risky behavior and different impacts it may have.
