Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá vývojem pro bono advokacie a práva chudých na bezplatnou právní pomoc. Práce zahrnuje právní úpravu, názory veřejnosti i postoje samotných advokátů k dané problematice, a to od konce 19. století až do současnosti. Cílem práce je posouzení těchto institutů advokacie v různých obdobích, a to jak z pohledu advokátů, tak z pohledu nemajetných osob, které takovou právní pomoc samy …more
Abstract:
The thesis analyzes the evolution of pro bono advocacy and the right to legal aid. It summarizes relevant legislation, public opinion and lawyer´s approach to this institute during the period between the end of the 19th century and present days. The aim of this thesis is to assess these institutes in different periods of time from both the legal and public point of view.
