Dynamics of first-order difference equations
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme dynamice diferenčních rovnic prvního řádu. Nejprve se zabýváme lineárními rovnicemi, které se naučíme řešit a určovat stabilitu jejich rovnovážných bodů. Pojem stabilita je zobecněn pro nelineární autonomní rovnice, jejímž důležitým případem je logistická rovnice. Uvedená problematika je ilustrována na úlohách z ekonomie a finanční matematiky.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study dynamics of first-order difference equations. Firstly we deal with linear ones. We learn how to solve them and determine stability of their equilibrium points. Secondly we study nonlinear autonomic equations and their significant logistic equation. All these knowledge is applied on examples from economics and financial mathematics.
