Tématem bakalářské práce je systém řízení vybraného zdravotnického zařízení. Zdravotnickým zařízením je Karvinská hornická nemocnice a.s., konkrétně úsek ošetřovatelské péče. Jedním z ukazatelů, zda je úsek dobře řízen, je spokojenost zaměstnanců.
