Tématem a cílem bakalářské práce je vystihnout základní rozdíly mezi oběma přístupy v oceňování a zhodnocení oceňování podle předpisu z pohledu bank. The theme and aim of the Bachelor thesis is to distill the fundamental differences between the two approaches in the valuation and assessment of measurement in accordance with the regulation of banks.
