Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím foton-upkonverzních nanočástic (UCNPs) jako značek v imunochromatografickém stanovení typu LFIA. Konjugáty UCNPs se streptavidinem respektive protilátkou byly nejprve charakterizovány pomocí metod dynamického rozptylu světla a analýzy trajektorie pohybu nanočástic. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the use of photon-upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs) as labels in immunochromatographic determination of the LFIA type. Conjugates of UCNPs with streptavidin and antibody were first characterized by dynamic light scattering methods and nanoparticle trajectory analysis.
