Abstract:

Disertační práce Prostor v pozadí - Dětství jako autonomní zdroj inspirace umělců a jeho význam pro výuku výtvarné výchovy má charakter studie popisující aktualizaci fenoménu dětství ve výtvarném umění. Poměrně rozsáhlý pohled na problematiku přináší stručná východiska z jednotlivých souvisejících oborů: sociologie, pedagogiky, psychologie a výtvarné pedagogiky. Na ně navazuje konkrétní výzkumu problematiky ve výtvarného umění. Výzkumná část reflektuje široké možnosti transformace dětství. Výzkumný rámec sleduje problematiku z několika pohledů. Záměrem disertační práce je opodstatnit dětství jako zdroj inspirace ve výtvarném umění a nalezení příslušných závěrů, aplikovatelných ve výtvarné pedagogice. Práce si vytkala za cíl zjistit, popsat a posoudit význam dětství v kontextu tvorby českých umělců v období přelomu tisíciletí. Vychází z předpokladu, že umělci si z vlastního dětství přenášejí řadu podnětů, jež se později uplatňují v jejich tvorbě. Na dětství je nahlíženo jako na stabilní ideovou nebo formální platformu, z níž lze odvodit relativně bohatou škálu výrazových, umělecky osobitě tematizovaných forem. Z velkého počtu umělců, jejichž dílo bylo předmětem výzkumu, můžeme usuzovat, že zjevné i latentní obsahy idealizované životní etapy patří k poměrně často frekventovaným námětům uměleckých děl. Výsledek výzkumu sumarizuje potenciál využitelný v edukačním procesu. Tematizace umělců představují materiál hodnotící dětství v jeho základních charakteristikách, opírajících se o imaginární svět, herní aspekty, elementární znakové výrazivo a aplikaci smyslové zkušenosti.

Abstract:

Dissertation “Space in the Background – Childhood as an autonomous inspiration for artists and its meaning for arts education” has the character of a study describing the updating of the phenomenon of childhood in art. The relatively extensive look at the issues brings succinct starting points from individual, related fields: sociology, pedagogy, psychology and arts pedagogy. Following on these is concrete research of the issue in art. The research section reflects the broad possibilities of transformation in childhood. The research framework examines the issue from several perspectives. The intention of the dissertation is to justify childhood as a source of inspiration in art and the finding of relevant conclusions, applicable in arts pedagogy. The work set as its goal to determine, describe and evaluate the meaning of childhood in the context of the work of Czech artists in period of the turn of the century. It is based on the assumption that artists transfer a number of impulses from their childhood that are then applied in their work. Childhood is viewed as a stable ideological or formal platform, from which a relatively rich scale of expressive, individually themed artistic forms can be drawn. From the large number of artists whose work was the subject of research, we can conclude that apparent as well as latent contents of an idealized phase of life are among relatively frequented subjects of works of art. The result of the research summarizes the potential usable in the education process. The themes of artists represent material valuing childhood in its essential characteristics, relying on an imaginary world, aspects of play, elementary symbol expression and the application of sensory experience.
