Deployment of the project management process
Abstract:
The aim of this diploma thesis was to familiarize the reader with the project management area and in the selected company to map the situation of project management with respect to PRINCE2 methodology and to suggest possible measures to bring improvement in the project management process.
Abstract:
Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce bolo zoznámiť čitateľa s problematikou projektového managementu a vo vybranej spoločnosti zmapovať situáciu projektového riadenia s ohľadom na metodiku PRINCE2 a navrhnúť prípadné opatrenia, ktoré by priniesli zlepšenie procesu projektového managementu.
