Animals in the phraseology

Abstract:

The theoretical part of the thesis is about the term and discipline of phraseology in German language together with Czech equivalents. It shortly explains basic terminology, definitions by several authors and characteristics of the phraseology. Next part is filled with types of Phraseological units including their meaning. The practical part is based on a chapter of contrastive phraseology with various types of equivalency. The practical part contains specific phrasemes regarding usage of animals names split by equivalency types. The German and Czech phrasemes are compared in this thesis. The thesis concludes with a research result proving significant similarity of the terms.

Abstract:

Teoretická část této práce se zabývá pojmem a disciplínou frazeologie v němčině s českými ekvivalenty. Jsou zde stručně vysvětleny základní pojmy, definice od různých autorů a znaky frazeologie. Následně jsou vyjmenovány typy frazeologických jednotek, kde je popsán jejich význam. Podklad pro praktickou část zde tvoří kapitola kontrastivní frazeologie s různými typy ekvivalence. V praktické části jsou konkrétní vybrané frazeologismy týkajících se pojmenování zvířat rozděleny dle typu ekvivalence. Jsou zde porovnávány frazémy jak v němčině tak i v češtině. V závěru se shrnuje výsledek zkoumání, který dokazuje velkou podobnost výrazů.
