Abstract:
V diplomové práci řeším průkaz korelace mezi plochou pod píkem oligonukleotidu při HPLC purifikaci a jeho výslednou koncentrací s ohledem na sekvenci a modifikaci, kdy je snaha stanovit koeficient predikce. To by v ideálním případě mohlo vést k eliminaci stanovení obsahu oligonukleotidu po jeho purifikaci. Teoretická část předkládá potřebné pozadí pro provedení experimentu. Abstract:
The thesis focus on proving a correlation between the peak area at HPLC purification of the oligonucleotide and its final concentration with respect to sequence and modification, which is to determine the coefficient of prediction.
