Disposition with the plant

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce se věnuje právnímu aspektu tématu nakládání se závodem. V rámci této práce se pro úplnost budu na začátku věnovat možným operacím se závodem. Operacemi se závodem pak mám na mysli koupi, dražbu, rozdělení, spojení, darování či pacht. Také pro úplnost věnuji jednu podkapitolu tomu, abychom si definovali, co je to závod. Ve své práci se budu věnovat právnímu aspektu, ekonomickým či jiným se budu věnovat v minimální nezbytné míře. Zkoumané činnosti se závodem nabývají na své důležitosti vzhledem ke globalizaci ekonomiky a na úrovni české republiky narůstá na důležitosti především tím, že první generace podnikatelů po r. 1989 se v této době stahují z podnikání a řeší kroky ve směru nakládání se svým podnikáním. To obnáší také zkoumané úkony se závodem. Z tohoto pohledu je tedy důležité zkoumat možnosti nakládání se závodem z pohledu legislativy.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is devoted to the legal aspect of the topic of plant management. For the sake of completeness, I will start with possible operations with the plant. Operations with the race then I mean buying, auctioning, splitting, joining, donating or renting. Also for the sake of completeness, I dedicate one subchapter to define what a plant is. In my work, I will focus on the legal aspect, economic or otherwise, to the minimum necessary extent. The surveyed activities are gaining in importance due to the globalization of the economy and at the level of the Czech Republic it is growing in importance especially because the first generation of entrepreneurs after 1989 are withdrawing from business and solving future direction of their business. It also involves investigated operations with the plant. From this perspective, it is therefore important to examine the possibilities of handling the plant from the perspective of legislation.
