Communication audit of internal communication in the selected office

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku interní komunikace Krajského úřadu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na interní komunikaci obecně, její definici, cíle, prostředky, komunikační audit, metody auditu apod. V praktické části je popsán profil Krajského úřadu a prvky, které jsou zde využívány k interní komunikaci. Byl proveden marketingový výzkum prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření, které hodnotí komunikační úroveň Krajského úřadu. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navrženy změny, vedoucí ke zlepšení interní komunikace.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of internal communication of the Regional office. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part discusses internal communication in general, its definition, objectives, means, communications audit audits methods etc. The practical part describes a profile of the Regional office and elements used in internal communications. A marketing research in form of a questionnaire was performed to evaluate the level of communication of the Regional office. Changes leading to improvement of internal communications are proposed based on the research data.
