Abstract:
Hluk je závažným škodlivým faktorem životního prostředí člověka. Hlukové znečištění ruší, obtěžuje a může mít škodlivé účinky na zdraví. Práce se zaměřuje na právní nastavení ochrany před hlukem v České republice. V práci jsou nejprve vysvětleny základní pojmy a potom je analyzována stávající právní úprava této oblasti, včetně zmínění problematických otázek a jejich vysvětlení pomocí judikatury. Zvláštní …more

Noise is a significant damaging factor in the human environment. Noise pollution disturbs, annoys and can have negative effects on human health. The thesis focuses on the legislation in the area of noise protection in the Czech Republic.
