Queueing Systems
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci se věnujeme systémům hromadné obsluhy. V prvních kapitolách se zabýváme teorií, především stochastickými procesy, markovskými řetězci, Poissonovým procesem, procesem vzniku a zániku a rozdělením systémů hromadné obsluhy. V další částech zkoumáme jejich optimalizaci a v závěrečné části provádíme jejich simulace v programu Matlab a porovnáváme je s teoretickými výsledky.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study queueing systems. In the first chapters we deal with theory, especially with stochastic process, Markov chains, Poisson process, birth - death process and types of queueing systems. In another part we solve their optimilization and in the final part we do simulations and compare them with theoretical results.
