Diplomová práce se zabývá mimosoudním řešením delikvence dětí mladších 15 let, které nejsou trestně odpovědné. Dopustí-li se takové dítě činu jinak trestného, musí být ve všech případech postaveno před soud pro mládež, který v civilním řízení rozhoduje o uložení vhodného opatření. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the measures without resorting to judicial proceedings for the delinquent children below the age of 15 who are not held criminally responsible. In all cases when the child commits an act that would otherwise be a criminal offence, he or she has to appear in a juvenile court.
