Inheritance contract
Abstract:
Novým dědickým titulem je dědická smlouva. Dědická smlouva je klasickým institutem dědického práva, který se vrací zpět do občanského zákoníku. Inspirací pro úpravu dědické smlouvy byl zejména švýcarský a rakouský občanský zákoník. Práce by měla představit institut a zmínit jeho přednosti a případné nedostatky.
Abstract:
The knew title of succession is ingeritance contract. Contract of inheritance is a classic institute of inheritance law, which goes back to the Civil Code. The insiparion for the treatmet of succession agreements was mainly Swiss and Austrian Civil Code. Work should introduce insitute and mention its advantage and potentional disadvantages.
