Cieľ našej práce bolo opísať osvedčenie o dedičstve, súdne rozhodnutie, vyporiadanie bezpodielového spoluvlastníctva manželov a uznesenie. Zameriavali sme sa na osvedčenie o dedičstve a uznesenie na ich právnu úpravu, zákonné predpoklady potrebné pre ich vydanie, ich účinkami, procesnou a súdnou ochranou po ich vydaní.
