Tématem této diplomové práce je smlouva o úvěru a otázky jejího zajištění. Jsou zde rozebírány nejprve obecné problémy, tzn. co rozumíme pod pojmem úvěr, jak se tento institut v minulosti vyvíjel, jednotlivé druhy úvěrů a zásady, které se v oblasti úvěrování používají.
