Abstract:

Hussam Musa, PhD.– Qualilfications Degree: Ing. - Bratislava: BIVS, 2011. p. 103 The presented thesis is the analysis of loans as a possibility considering the sources of financing of company investment projects. The issue is to be addressed to, because the dynamic business development is one of the most important parts in having sufficient resources for implementation of investment plans and bank loan still seems to be the best option for their funding. Even in the context of negligible use of capital market by the companies in the Slovak Republic, just the bank loan is the most common form of external financing. As a result the first part of this work focuses on the basic definitions in connection with internal and external sources of funding, and presents the current lending capacity in view of the Slovak banks, and focuses on the investments and business investments, investment projects and their evaluation. The second part is devoted to a research that is focused on identifying investment needs of companies, their preference of credit by the Slovak banks, and evaluation in this regard. In the last part we discuss the results of the area being examined. The aim of our work is based on theoretical knowledge, to examine and analyze the issue, resp. to conduct a review in respect of the entrepreneurs´ preference within the choice of a particular bank that provided the loan to finance the investment needs.

Hussam Musa, PhD. – Stupeň odbornej kvalifikácie: Ing. - Bratislava: BIVS, 2011. s. 103 Predkladaná záverečná práca je analýzou úverov ako možností vzhľadom na zdroje financovania investičných projektov spoločnosti. Problematike sa venujeme z toho dôvodu, že pre dynamický rozvoj podnikania je jednou z najdôležitejších súčastí mať dostatok zdrojov na realizáciu investičných zámerov a bankový úver sa stále javí byť najlepšou možnosťou ich financovania. Aj v súvislosti so zanedbateľným využívaním kapitálového trhu spoločnosťami v Slovenskej republike je najpoužívanejšou formou externého financovania práve bankový úver. V dôsledku uvedeného sa prvá časť práce zameriava na základné vymedzenia pojmov v spojení s internými a externými zdrojmi financovania, pričom prezentuje i súčasné možnosti úverovania vzhľadom na slovenské banky, venuje sa investíciám a podnikovým investíciám, investičným projektom a ich hodnoteniu. Druhá časť práce sa venuje prieskumu, ktorý je zameraný na zisťovanie investičných potrieb spoločností, ich preferovanie úverov slovenskými bankami a vyhodnotenie v tomto smere. V poslednej časti práce diskutujeme výsledky v skúmanej oblasti. Cieľom našej práce je na základe teoretických poznatkov skúmať a analyzovať danú problematiku, resp. uskutočniť prieskum vzhľadom na preferenciu podnikateľov v rámci výberu konkrétnej banky, ktorá poskytla úver na financovanie investičných potrieb.
