Tématem diplomové práce je "Produktové a procesní inovace". Hlavním cílem této práce je zavedení procesní inovace ve společnosti Socialbakers a.s. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The submitted diploma thesis deals with the process innovation in the company Socialbakers a.s. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents the basic terminology of innovation, defines the basic concepts, some classifications of innovations, innovation stimuli, rules for effective innovation, innovation strategy and policy.
