The Renaissance as "the golden age of melancholy"
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu projevů melancholie v diskursu renesanční filozofie, medicíny a výtvarného umění(Ficino, Burton, Dürer). Téma melancholie je reflektováno v kontrapozici k idealistické interpretaci renesančního myšlení.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of manifestations of melancholy in the discourse of Renaissance philosophy, medicine and fine arts(Ficino, Burton, Dürer). The theme of melancholy is reflected in contraposition to the idealistic interpretation of Renaissance thought.
