Abstract:
Cílem práce je analyzovat restrukturalizaci na základě jednotlivých oblastí (produktové řízení, řízení nákladů, řízení rizik, optimalizace vnitro-bankovních procesů) a zjistit dopady na jednotlivé finanční ukazatele banky (tržby, výsledek hospodaření, bilanční suma, aktiva ve správě, tržní hodnota podniku) a navrhnout optimální proces restrukturalizace banky s ohledem na maximalizaci efektivity jejího …more
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis: “Bank restructing and its influence on financial income” is to analyze individual fields of the transformation and their impact to the key financial figures of the bank (such as sales, financial statement, balance sum and assets under management) and to propose an optimal process for bank transformation in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
