Abstract:
Bakalářská práce má za cíl ocenit akcii společnosti Avast Plc k datu 30. 11. 2020. V teoretické část jsou uvedeny základní pojmy a definice nutné pro oceňování podniku. V praktické části je nejdříve provedena strategická analýza odvětví a pozice společnosti v něm. This theses aims to determine the value of a share of Avast Plc at 30. 11. 2020. The theoretical part lists the basic terms and definitions for corporate valuation. The practical part evaluates the industry and the position of the company within the industry.
