Domestic violence and its current problems
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá domácím násilím. Jeho definicí a legislativou, druhy domácího násilí, následky a prevencí. Práce se zároveň úzce zabývá analýzou domácího násilí v době pandemie Covid-19, jejím výskytem v době nouzového stavu a možným řešením této problematiky.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with domestic violence. Its definition and legislation, types of domestic violence, consequences and prevention. The thesis also closely deals with the analysis of domestic violence in the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, its occurrence during the state of emergency and possible solutions to this issue.
