The motivation of workers for the enhancing of the efficiency in the concrete firm
Abstract:
Definice motivace a stimulace, a jejich uplatňování při vedení lidí, jsou v teoretické části. Charakteristiku zkoumaného podniku, užívané metody motivace, a výsledky výzkumu obsahuje praktická část. Závěr nabízí možná konkrétní opatření ke zvýšení výkonů zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The definition of motivation and stimulation, and their maintaining at the leading of people, are in the theoretical part. The practical part contains the characterization of the firm, the using methods of motivation, and the results of their investigation. The conclusion offers a possibility of the concrete arrangements for the enhancement of the service from all workers.
