Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se zabývá rozčleněním nároků dle § 2958 občanského zákoníku, zvláště pak podmínkami pro přiznání nároku na odčinění dalších nemajetkových újem. V práci je zhodnocen význam tohoto nároku v rámci odčinění nemajetkové újmy na zdraví. Dále je zformováno výkladové stanovisko k pojmům další nemajetkové újmy, duševní útrapy a psychická bolest. The thesis deals with the structure of claims under sec. 2958 Czech Civil Code, in particular with the conditions under which the claim for com-pensation for „additional non-pecuniary damage“ may be granted.
