Economic offenses of legal persons
Abstract:
Práce si bere za cíl pojmenovat klíčové pojmy hospodářské kriminality s bližším zaměřením na trestní odpovědnost právnických osob. Součástí práce je i pohled na současné trendy a stav hospodářské kriminality v České republice.
Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to identify key concepts of economic crime with a closer focus on criminal liability of legal persons. It also includes an overview of current trends and the state of economic crime in the Czech Republic.
