Factors influencing the job satisfaction of secondary school teachers

Abstract:

Téma diplomové práce je věnováno faktorům, které ovlivňují pracovní spokojenost učitelů středních odborných škol v Ostravě. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy související s učitelskou profesí a profesní spokojenosti učitelů. Cílem práce je pomocí kvantitativního výzkumu zjistit u jednotlivých faktorů intenzitu ovlivnění pracovní spokojenosti učitelů středních odborných škol ve městě Ostrava. Pro získání potřebných dat bylo využito dotazníkového šetření, jehož výsledky obsahuje praktická část práce.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with factors influencing job satisfaction among teachers of vocational schools in Ostrava. The theoretical part explains the notions related to the teachers' profession and their satisfaction with said profession. The goal of the thesis is to create a rating systém off actors influencing the job satisfaction of teachers teaching at vocational schools in Ostrava via a quantitative research. To get the required data, a surfy was done and its results are contained in the practical part of the thesis.
