Comparison of the advantages of financial leasing and bank loan
Abstract:
Cílem práce je komplexně zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody finančního leasingu a úvěru jako nástrojů pro financování podniku. Porovnání bude založeno na dostupných aktuálních datech s využitím odpovídajících metod pro hodnocení dlouhodobých investic. Součástí práce bude také interpretace a vizualizace výsledků.
Abstract:
The aim of my bachelor thesis is comprehensive evaluation advantages and disadvantages of financial leasing and bank loan as a tool for business financing. Comparisons will be based on current available data using appropriate methods for assessment of long-term investments. The bachelor thesis also includes the interpretation and visualization of results.
