Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Dušan Sysel, PhD., MPH. Praha. 2021. 71 s. Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s diabetem mellitem II. typu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Toto téma bylo zvoleno z toho důvodu, jelikož diabetem mellitem 2. typu trpí velká část naší popula-ce a všeobecné sestry se s tímto onemocněním v nemocnici setkávají v dnešní době poměrně denně. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na diabetes mellitus 2. typu. Tato část se zabývá definicí, historií, příčinami, příznaky, léčbou, prevencí a prevalencí diabetu. Dále závěrečná práce obsahuje specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta s diabetem mellitem 2. typu. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje východiska ošetřovatelského procesu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta s diabetem mellitem 2. typu, u konkrétního pacienta. Praktická část je zpracovaná za využití koncepčního modelu Majory Gordonové – Model Fungujícího Zdraví. Zde jsou zpracovány konkrétní ošetřovatelské diagnózy dle NANDA I taxonomie II, u kterých je stanoven cíl, očekávané výsledky, intervence, realizace a hodnocení, dále obsahuje doporučení pro praxi, pro všeobecné sestry, a pro rodinné příslušníky. Sběr anamnézy probíhal formou rozhovoru s pacientem s využitím ošetřovatelské a zdravotní dokumentace.

HAVLOVÁ, Helena. Nursing process for the type 2 diabetes mellitus patient. Medical College. Degree: Bachelor (Bc.). Supervisor: PhDr. Dušan Sysel, Ph.D., MPH. Prague. 2021. 71 pages. The topic of this bachelor thesis is the nursing process for the 2 diabetes mellitus patient. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. I chose this topic because it is very close to me, because a large part of our population suffers from type 2 diabetes mellitus, and as a nurse I encounter this disease in the hospital rela-tively daily. The theoretical part characterizes important general findings concerning diabetes mellitus II. type. The main area of this section deals with the definition, history, causes, symptoms, treatment and prevention of diabetes, including the physiology of the pancreas. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the starting points of the nursing process. The practical part focuses on the nursing process for the 2 diabetes mellitus patient, in a specific patient. The practical part is processed using the conceptual model of Majory Gordon - Model of Functioning Health. Here, specific nursing diagnoses according to NANDA I taxonomy II are processed, for which the goal, expected results, interventions, implementation and evaluation are set, and it also contains recommendations for practices, nurses and family members. The collection of the anamnesis took place in the form of an interview with the patient using nursing and medical documentation.
