Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce s názvem „Analýza odchylek jako nástroj kontroly a řízení podniku“ jsou rozdílové metody sledování nákladů, které mohou sloužit jako nástroj efektivního řízení podniku v rukou managementu. Teoretická část práce se v úvodu zběžně zabývá systémem manažerského účetnictví a jeho subsystémů a dále se zaměřuje na popis metod evidence nákladů a analýzy odchylek spolu s následnou klasifikací nejběžnějších typů odchylek. Druhá část práce se zabývá praktickou aplikací těchto metod v podnikové praxi, vyhodnocením účinnosti této praxe a doporučením možných opatření.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis entitled "Variance analysis as a tool for managing and controlling in an enterprise" are methods of monitoring costs, which can serve as an effective management tool in the hands of management. The theoretical part of the thesis breafly deals with the introduction to managerial accounting system and its subsystems and then focuses on the description of methods of recording costs and variance analysis, together with subsequent classification of the most common types of deviations. The second part deals with the practical application of these methods in business practice, evaluating the effectiveness of this practice and recommending possible measures.
