Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje financování podnikatelských subjektů v České republice pomocí externích zdrojů. Z důvodu velkého množství dostupných zdrojů se zaměřuje podrobně pouze na jeden, a to dotace z Evropské unie s přímým zacílením na Operační program podnikání a inovace pro konkurenceschopnost s primárním zaměřením na Výzvu VIII – program APLIKACE. V teoretické části práce je popsána definice klíčových pojmů souvisejících s danou problematikou a souhrnuje aktuální poznatky. Tato část obsahuje popis inovací, dotací a jejich druhy. V praktické části práce je popsán proces získávání dotace. Součástí této práce je demontován hlavně podnikatelský záměr, který se předkládá ke každé žádosti o dotaci. Pro praktickou ukázku byl získán schválený podnikatelský záměr společnosti Logio, která žádala o dotaci na investiční softwarový projekt ve výše uvedeném operačním programu. Cílem diplomové práce je shrnutí hlavních bodů požadavků při žádosti o dotační podporu s praktickou ukázkou na již schváleném inovačním softwarovém projektu. Jedním z přínosů je přehled dotačního potenciálu v České republice se zaměřením na softwarové projekty a analýza uvedené výzvy, která poukazuje na nejčastější důvody zamítnutí zaslaných žádostí. Tato analýza též ukazuje nejčastější výhrady kontrolní komise.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the financing of business entities in the Czech Republic using external sources. Due to the large number of available sources, it focuses in detail on only one of them, namely the European Union subsidies with a direct focus on the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness with a primary focus on Call VIII - APPLICATIONS programme. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the definition of key terms related to the issue and summarizes the current knowledge. This part includes a description of innovation, subsidies and their types. The practical part of the thesis describes the process of obtaining subsidies. The main part of this thesis dismantles the business plan that is submitted with each subsidy application. For the practical demonstration, the approved business plan of Logio, which applied for a subsidy for an investment software project in the above mentioned operational programme, was obtained. The aim of the thesis is to summarise the main points of the requirements for applying for subsidy support with a practical demonstration on an already approved innovative software project. One of the contributions is an overview of the subsidy potential in the Czech Republic with a focus on software projects and an analysis of the above-mentioned call, which highlights the most common reasons for rejection of the submitted applications. This analysis also shows the most frequent reservations of the audit committee.
